Samsung SmartPlaza - Abm Incorporation

Excellent service and a very smooth buying experience! I recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator from this store, and I’m extremely happy with the overall experience. The store staff(Mr.Kamal and colleague) were very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and guided me through the entire process without any pressure. What really stood out was their support with the delivery. Since there were some concerns regarding the lift and access to my home, the team proactively coordinated the required door-removal support and technician and made sure everything was arranged properly. The refrigerator was delivered exactly at the promised time, and the delivery was handled extremely carefully. The unit arrived in perfect condition — not even a single scratch or dent. I really appreciate the professionalism, coordination, and helpful attitude of everyone involved. It was a hassle-free experience from purchase to delivery. Very happy with the product, service, and the behaviour of the store team. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
